Its not over until the fat lady... dances?

Wouldn't it be great to put an end to the judgment and self ridicule women endure over their bodies?

In an interview with Fox8 TV out of North Carolina, producer Whitney Thore talks about how important it is and what she's doing to help women love their bodies no matter their size.

Whitney said that she was once 117 pounds and that's when she first engaged in eating disorder behavior. She asked the question, "What's wrong with our society when 117 women have eating disorders?". She now has her own campaign where you can get more information.

You can find it at www.nobodyshamecampaign.com

Here's a sample of one of her videos.

February is Eating Disorder Awareness Month. If you or a loved one would like information on eating disorders, please visit www.nationaleatingdisorders.org
