Ho bisogno di un tassì! Even if you know how to say it in Italian, finding a taxi in Italy has become problematic. The reason? An unscheduled strike by taxi drivers made Friday, January 13th a particularly unlucky day for passengers in Italy. Drivers are protesting taxi licensing reforms proposed by the Italian government.
More taxi slowdowns are possible on 16 January in Rome and a nationwide taxi drivers strike is slated for 23 January.
