ItalCultura, the official language program at the Italian Cultural Institute of Chicago, is launching a new season of courses with two open houses, on Jan. 10 and Jan. 17 from 5:30-8pm, on 500 North Michigan Avenue, Suite 1405.

The open houses are a chance for potential students to take an Italian language skills evaluation test; mix and mingle with others interested in Italian language and culture; enjoy Italian food, wine and music; meet the staff and professional teachers for a trial class; and register for the upcoming classes.

In addition to the general language classes, ItalCultura offers special topics courses -taught in Italian- including Italian Cinema, Opera, Book Club, A Tavola -cooking and food,- Italian for Travelers and Italian for kids.
