Kitchen LTO in the Trinity Groves development is closing, but not for long. If you have not had a chance to make it over to the hot pop-up restaurant for act one with Chef Norman Grimm, better hurry before it ends February 1. Not to worry though, you can catch act two— featuring Eric Shelton in the position of executive chef—Wednesday, February 5th for dinner and starting Thursday, February 6th, Shelton's cuisine will be the star of the show for both lunch and dinner during the next four months.
Chef Eric Shelton is proposing a New American menu filled with creative dishes and seasonal flavors. Chef Shelton has over 15 years of culinary experience, including stints at The Driskill Hotel and The Four Seasons in Downtown Austin. Recently Shelton has been wowing diners with his extraordinary cuisine while being the executive chef of “M” Dining at the Music Hall.
