February is heart month and it is the perfect time to boost your aerobic exercise and give your heart the best gift you could ever give.
Aerobic exercise will strengthen your heart and lungs and make your body more efficient in using oxygen. Over time, aerobic exercise will decrease your heart rate and blood pressure at rest, and will improve your breathing.
Use the month of February to get yourself on the right track. Aerobic exercise has the most benefits for your heart and some of these benefits include:

Aerobic exercise includes, walking, jogging, bicyclng (stationary indoor or outdoor riding), hi or low-impact aerobic group classes, water aerobic classes, zumba, kick-boxing, Any type of physicial activity that causes you to increase your oxygen level, is aerobic.
To acheive the maximum benefits of aerobic exercise you should do so 3-4 times per week at a minumum of 30 minutes or more per day.
