On the right side, a fence separates this hole’s rough from Narrangansett Avenue, which is this golf course’s, western boundary. A 15-25 yards berm is along the fairway’s, right side; it begins approximately where the dogleg begins. On right side, the tree line contains widely-spaced trees. Although there is a tree line on the left side, the trees are few and young. This fairway lacks any sand bunkers or water hazards.
Within 25 feet of the putting green’s right side is the fence, so golfers who hit their approach shots slightly right may find their golf balls in this area. This fence is an immovable obstruction, so golfers can lift and drop their balls without any penalties. They must drop their balls within one-club length of and not nearer to the hole than the nearest point of relief. The putting green is medium size and has deceptive slopes and breaks.
