It appears Bieber is an innocent victim

Hardly a day has passed recently without Justin Bieber making the headlines for one scandal after another. Beliebers are now really pleased they never lost faith in Bieber as news now hits the press that the DUI charge against Bieber was dramatically dropped, reported Inquisitr on Jan. 27, 2014. Bieber may now be facing just one misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest without violence in Miami, with it being perfectly understandable to his fans why he was in such shock when he was pulled over.

Initially Bieber had been charged with driving under the influence, driving with an expired license, and resisting arrest without violence while driving a rented yellow Lamborghini in Miami. Than many inconsistencies with the police report surfaced and a surveillance video of the so-called drag-race did not reveal any wrongdoing. It has surfaced that Bieber’s blood-alcohol level in two Breathalyzer tests taken at Miami Beach Police station was estimated at 0.014 and 0.011, which are below the general 0.08 legal limit and Florida’s 0.02 limit for under 21′s. This would mean Bieber perhaps had less than one beer.

The good news has continued to roll in for the Bieber team with reports out of Los Angeles that the L.A. County Sheriff's Department found no evidence that Bieber egged his neighbors house when deputies searched his mansion, reports TMZ. There turns out to be no videos which show Bieber at the scene of the egging incident. This case is now being reviewed by the L.A. County District Attorney and it appears it may be dropped. It is turning out to be rather unusual to have so many allegations of wrongdoing made against Bieber when it appears he has actually not done anything much wrong, with it appearing Bieber is an innocent victim of circumstance.
