The Maintenance Shop, located in the Iowa State University Memorial Union, has announced their concert schedule for the fall semester. The M-Shop is the longest-running all ages music venue in Ames, and it is completely student-run. The venue is celebrating their 40th year of live music dating back to 1974. The fall season at the Maintenance Shop is highlighted by concerts from recent Music Under the Canopy's Singer/Songwriter Music Festival Day 2 headliner Anna Nalick (featured slideshow), American Idol finalist Crystal Bowersox (pictured), bluegrass chart-toppers and multiple-time Grammy nominees The Greencards, Old Crow Medicine Show co-founder Willie Watson, Georgia reggae rockers Passafire, indie folk artist Meiko, SoCal reggae/dub act Stick Figure (see video), and Georgia rapper Bubba Sparxxx. Here is a look at the M-Shop's entire fall schedule, complete with ticket information. [Note: Ticket prices are for advanced purchase. Second price is the ISU student price. Ticket prices are generally $2 more on the day of the concerts.]
