I love her advice to put the things you think you need in a folder or box for three months. If you don’t use them in that time it’s time to get rid of them. She said “It really makes people think. She stresses that when decluttering your mind you save money which is usually spent on frivolous spending.
When brokers and agents walk into people’s homes in Manhattan, you cannot imagine the things people have in their apartments that they didn’t even know they owned. Donna David sees clearly sees this and educates them on knowing what they own and how they can save money.
