In most office environments, coworkers work wonderfully together and can get along fabulous however, there are those rare cases when chemistry does not mix and tempers will cause destruction. 1. Remember to shower and use deodorant. For both males and females, just avoid over use of colognes and perfumes. They are a great thing but not something to bathe in them. The reason for this is there are persons with sensitive noses. Always brush your teeth and keep mints in your desk drawer.
2. While in the office, speak professionally to your coworkers just as you would speak to your managers and directors.
3. Dress professionally. In other words, if your manager is professionally dressed then follow that lead as it will be better for you in the long run and it will show you are prepared to work and be professional in what you perform.
4. A way to build sincerity and professional ethics is to shake hands with those you meet.
5. Smile as you speak and look into the eyes of the person you are speaking so they know you are being truthful and talking to them directly.
