This is a continuation of our series on the downward spiral of America’s values and morals.
Gay Marriage has now been approved by our own President! Laws approving it have been passed in some states.
"The word sex is horribly abused and misunderstood. The media have created an artificial meaning in many minds." Is sex a wonderful gift or nothing but smut?" What does God have to say about sex?
Everything God created He said was good!
“And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over every living thing that moves upon the earth.”
“So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them….”
"Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good." (Genesis 1:27-31)
How can two people of the same gender procreate and replenish the earth? If all humans and animals cohabited with the same gender, there would be no more life on the earth, all growth would stop and all life would cease!
When God created Adam, He wanted Adam to realize that he needed a helper that was comparable to him, not someone just like him. So after Adam named all the animals and saw that they all had a mate, male and female, he realized that he did not have one. So God put him to sleep and created a woman out of one of his ribs! He then told them to reproduce and replenish the earth (Genesis 2:7-25). If there was only one gender, procreation would be impossible!
God is creating family members that He wants in His spiritual family!
Those who have chosen the alternate life style have chosen a path that God calls an abomination. He loves them but wants them to choose life so that they may be blessed.
When God brought the Israelites out of Egypt He gave them His laws, statutes, judgments, and ordinances. He commanded them not to do according to the nations around them who not only worshiped pagan idols and gods, but committed whoredoms, adulteries, sex perversion, incest, bestiality and homosexuality!
God defines each particular sex deviation and tells them not to commit them! They are an abomination to God!
- "Then the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, "Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them: 'I am the LORD your God. According to the doings of the land of Egypt, where you dwelt, you shall not do; and according to the doings of the land of Canaan, where I am bringing you, you shall not do; nor shall you walk in their ordinances. You shall observe My judgments and keep My ordinances, to walk in them: I am the LORD your God.'You shall therefore keep My statutes and My judgments, which if a man does, he shall live by them: I am the LORD” (Leviticus 18:1-5)
- Verse 22: “You shall not lie with a male as with a woman. It is an abomination.”
