Justified” just launched its fifth season, but are the powers that be already planning the end of the series? Yahoo! reported on Jan. 8 that the current plan for the show is to end it after the sixth season. This is probably not too big of a surprise to “Justified” loyal viewers.

FX president Nick Grad said that while they like having a show with good ratings they also know it can’t last forever. He went on to say that it is better to go out at the right time so the show will “stand the test of time.”

Walton Goggins, a star on the series, said he has already been thinking about the “beginning of the end” of “Justified.” He said they are all looking at the fifth season as 26 episodes to include the sixth season. Both seasons are anticipated to have 13 episodes each.

What do you think about the end of “Justified” drawing near?
