Is Teresa Giudice being watched? Report says her property might be confiscated

Is someone watching a Real Housewives of New Jersey cast member? Teresa Giudice along with her husband Joe Giudice pleaded guilty last month to federal charges and both are currently waiting for their sentencing hearing. The family has not gone out to many functions and unless it has to do with the kids, they don’t seem to be in public much either. According to Radar Online Tuesday, it might be because the family is being watched by law enforcement.

With the possibility of Teresa Giudice and Joe Giudice being sentenced to repay thousands of dollars, there is a concern that the couple might sell off their stuff before the punishment is handed down. Leaving the coffers empty when it comes to paying fines, fees and other restitution might not have been an issue before, but ever since Teresa Giudice had a cash only autograph signing, everyone has been paying close attention.

So what could be taken if the judge decides to punish the couple with fines? The house, the cars and other personal belongings of value. This could include boats, land and maybe even a private collection if they had one. Of course this won’t include the day-to-day items, but as the fans or The Real Housewives of New Jersey know, the couple has lived lavishly over the past few years, so it is definitely going to be a different way of living if all the fancy things are taken away.

Is someone really watching Teresa Giudice? That’s probably a question that won’t be answered until later this summer at the sentencing hearing.
