Lisa Vanderpump may be getting ready to unload her Beverly Hills restaurant, Villa Blanca.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star had put her restaurant on the market, hoping to get rid of the place and focus on her other business ventures, which include her own wine line and two other restaurants in Los Angeles, SUR Lounge and PUMP Lounge.
"On July 16, Vanderpump’s Villa Blanca restaurant went up for sale from real estate firm, Hilton & Hyland," Radar Online reported on Tuesday. "There is no asking price listed and the restaurant comes 'turn key,' meaning that everything including the furniture and fixtures is covered by the price."
Vanderpump's restaurant, Villa Blanca, has long been a fixture in Beverly Hills. Not only does the restaurant have a great location, it's also had tons of promotion via Bravo. Although the hotspot hasn't gotten nearly as much time on the network as SUR, which is featured on Vanderpump's "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," spinoff, "Vanderpump Rules," it is often seen on "RHOBH."
Following Radar Online's report, Vanderpump spoke out, denying that her restaurant was on the market, but letting it be known that if she and her husband, Ken Todd, were offered the right amount, she would likely consider selling.
“We are not actively putting it on the market. There is someone who has been aggressively pursuing us for the last eight months,” Vanderpump confirmed to Rumorfix on July 29, before adding, “In the restaurant business something is always for sale if the price is right.”
