There is no evidence President Obama has directly ordered the Department of Justice to break the law. However, the Justice Department may have broken the law, refusing to release Black Panther records requested by The Washington Times.
The Justice Department, citing privilege claims, has refused to release e-mails and other documents sought under an open records request by The Washington Times to explain its decision last year to dismiss a civil complaint accusing the New Black Panther Party of intimidating voters at a Philadelphia polling place.
President Obama continues to claim privilege, obstruct justice and deny transparency the Freedom of Information Act demands. These actions are inconsistent with his rhetoric, self promoting an image as a change agent, trumpeter of transparency and guru of good government. The inconsistency affirms Wall Street Journal's Peggy Noonan, who articulates what many Americans must be wondering.

He couldn't pull it off without the former mainstream media, who have colluded, stuffing the Black Panther story. The timing of the FOIA denial may not be as deleterious as the dereliction of the MSM in not covering the story.
Obama has broken his promise of transparency by refusing promised C-Span coverage of the health care debate. He has prevented staff testimony in the gate crasher case. Now he has denied rightful access to important documents in the Black Panther case.

I don't know if he's a nut, but he's definitely one of "them," as in "they." Just like "They Live."
I always imagine that whenever he steps out of line and says something "they" disapprove of that he's pulled behind the curtain by his ears and paddled.
