Is Miley's binge eating and late night junk food making her sick?

Miley's tweets have been a sign of sick times and bad eats for the singer.

While on her tour stop to Salt Lake City the Hannah Montana star tweeted of strep throat and sickness, asking the question, "Woke up with a sore throat =[ Why am I always sick?"

The star has been spotted at all the hottest fast food joints, including Millions of Milkshakes in West Hollywood last month and reading the teen star's tweets are enough to make fans gain a pound.

Miley tweeted about her late night Saturday binge saying, "Just ate bbq chicken, 8 cali rolls, a frosty, and fries."

Before that it was dumplings, corndogs, sodas and a cupcake that matches her face.

The starlet even tweeted back to celeb gossip guy Perez Hilton when he harped on the star for eating too much ice cream, "@perezhilton 1. theres nothing i can do about it so i might as well smile and 2. allison lets me make my own shake at millions of milkshakes." She proceeded to add "I'm still a kid. How do you make a kid shut up? ICE CREAM!"

True, the 16-year-old is still favored by a fast metabolism and no curves but looking good and feeling bad are two different things.

The star has been sick at movie premieres, sick at concerts and, most recently, sang through strep throat in Salt Lake City. The Hannah Montana teen has also tweeted of performance protests until she gets a vacation, so maybe too much work is to blame for the sickness plaguing Miley.

But for now, we can only speculate about what's really eating at the star.

In the meantime, Miley knows when to slow it down, in response to Twitter buddy AshleeNino, Cyrus tweeted, "We just have to Pop Lock & Drop it and then go get in bed and get healthy again!"
