Is it time for TNA to turn AJ Styles heel?

For the better part of TNA's 11 year existence, AJ Styles has been one of the premiere stars of the company. Additionally, he has spent most of that time as a "face". When he did turn heel, and joined up with Christian's Coalition and The Angle Alliance, AJ was more of a sidekick. However, with the recent comments from AJ, and his possible collaboration with Aces and 8's, it appears that TNA could be strongly considering another heel turn for Styles. On March 7th, AJ Styles made the following comments via his Twitter page:

"Enough! Impact Wrestling, you came to my house uninvited. I am coming to Chicago... uninvited!"

AJ was referring to the video segment that TNA shot at his house a few weeks ago where they were talking to his wife and his best friend about much he has changed. AJ showed up, got all angry at the sight of the cameras and took off. AJ's comments on Twitter were the first ones he has made in 2 1/2 months. It's definitely a strong indicator, according to storyline purposes, that AJ is frustrated with the company.

In addition to his comments, on Thursday's episode of Impact Wrestling, there was a short video segment of AJ Styles talking to a member of Aces and 8's, the major heel faction of the company. With AJ leaving TNA last December, according to storyline purposes, being publicly frustrated with the company, and talking to the top heel faction, we could see the "Phenomenal One" take his talents to the dark side once again.

A heel turn would definitely give AJ's on-air direction a shot in the arm. Additionally, it would help give Aces and 8's even more credibility, especially after the letdown of last night's revealing that D-Low Brown was the VP.
