College applicants always try to stand out in some way compared to their peers. Depending upon the program options at your high school, it may be possible as late as this point in your junior year to add some (or more) IB (follow link if unfamiliar with this option) or AP credits to your academic resume. However, you need to consider whether these alternative pathways, courses and the extra time spent engaged in these curricula would have been atop your list if the additional time and effort were to not yield the assumed affects. If these courses match your interests and objectives....woohoo! Maybe it is time for some International Baccalaureate, Advanced Placement, or Honors courses.
