Could the gypsy girl from Greece be missing Baby Lisa? The FBI has joined in the investigation as the Missouri parents of the missing U.S. girl called Baby Lisa, wait to see if there is a DNA match, according to Fox News on Oct. 22.
A computer age progression model shows what Baby Lisa would look like today and there is an uncanny resemblance to the little blonde gypsy girl dubbed the “Blonde Angel” in Greece. Baby Lisa Irwin was abducted from her Kansas City home in 2011.
Deborah Bradley and Jeremy Irwin, parents of missing Baby Lisa, have contacted the local FBI office. The FBI has reached out to the Greek authorities over the possibility that the child is Lisa Irwin.
Mark Fuhrman, a former detective who made his fame in the OJ Simpson murder case, appeared on Fox News live with Gretchen Carlson on Tuesday and he said that the child cannot possibly be Lisa Irwin.
The authorities first thought that the gypsy girl was four-years-old, but she is undergoing pediatric dental tests to help pinpoint her age, because authorities believe she may be older.
According to Fox, research shows that the dental process used to test the age is not always accurate. So even if the child's test say she is older, the child could very well be four-years old putting her at just the right age for Baby Lisa.
The blonde gypsy girl was found living with a Roma couple when police in Greece raided a gypsy camp. The child was found hiding under a blanket during the raid. The parents of the child were dark skinned and had dark hair and the girl called “Maria” did not look like any of their other children.
DNA testing proved the gypsy child was not a biological child of the couple. The couple then gave several conflicting stories on how the child came to be part of their family. They gave five stories in all, saying they found her wandering a parking lot and finally settling on the story that a Romanian woman gave them the child because she couldn’t care for her.
A video surfaced of the Greek gypsy girl as a toddler, showing her dancing with a gypsy woman. The video showed the little girl had reddish brown hair, leading to speculations that the people raising her bleached her hair to help keep her disguised.
Mark Fuhrman said that Baby Lisa’s mother would not interview alone with police and gave a story about the night that Baby Lisa disappeared that Fuhrman found less than credible. He believes the gypsy girl is too old to be Baby Lisa.
As Gretchen Carlson points out on Fox, there’s a strong resemblance between the computer generated image of what Baby Lisa would look like today and the blonde gypsy girl. Besides ever parent of a missing girl about the gypsy girl’s age is going to hope against hope that this could possibly be a match.
Another blonde girl has been taken out of a gypsy compound in Ireland today. Authorities in Ireland believe she is about seven. Read the story here:
