He was on the first season of the show because of his relationship with Jo de la Rosa. Then he returned after he went on a date with Lauri Peterson and shared a kiss on camera. Fans are still questioning whether they actually had a relationship with one another, as there seems to be various sides to the relationship. And now that Gretchen is dating Slade, fans are wondering if she is bothered watching reruns of the show and seeing Slade dating other women. According to a new tweet released on Feb. 28, “The Real Housewives of Orange County” star Gretchen Rossi is confident in her relationship and doesn’t let the past bother her.
“Is it weird to have episodes your fiancées ex on TV? It haunts you,” one fan wrote to Gretchen. “Not one bit! That was his past I am his future!” It sounds like Slade is convincing her that he is devoted to her and isn’t thinking about any other housewife. Of course, Gretchen and Slade have been talking marriage and children, even though he is now dealing with child support debt, something he didn’t have when he was engaged to Jo de la Rosa on season one.
