Is Disc Golf bringing more visitors to Crescent City?

In the last City Council meeting held on March 4th several residents came out to speak out against any changes being made to the Disc Golf Course. They were concerned that the course was being reduced from a 24 hole course. The City Council is still seeking public input on the Beachfront Park master plan. One thing was very clear residents do not want the Disc Golf Course changed. They said when playing on the course they have met several people from around the world that came here to play our course. Stating that Crescent City has the largest beachfront course in the world. We hope this statement is true and people really are coming here to play our course.

The council assured everyone that the course would remain a 24 hole course.

The plan will be up for discussion on March 14th at the next City Panning Commission meeting.

If you would like to play the course it is open to the public and Wild Rivers Disc Golf meets every Sunday. You can find more information here.
