The Department of Homeland Security, which is overseen by the Janet Napoitano, continues to make purchases that are opening the eyes of those who do not trust the government, or at very least question the authority of the government. Is there really a plan to eliminate, or water down the U.S. Constitution that would anger citizens?
Something is going on and many folks around the country do not like what they see and hear. Unfortunately, there is a very large number of people that have their heads buried in the sand because they do not want to see or hear, or they just don’t have the time to get with the program!
Recently, DHS has purchased 1.6 “BILLION” rounds of ammunition. Questions have been raised as to why DHS would need that much ammo. Even during the Iraq war after 9/11, the U.S. military was using a mere 6 million rounds a month. Many calibers of ammunition are difficult if not impossible to find on the shelves of many gun shops around the country, partially due to DHS.
Now we learn that DHS has purchased 2,700 “Mine Resistant Protected” vehicles for us on the streets of the United States (Video at left). The purchase of these armored vehicles was apparently made through the U.S. Army Forces Command, and they were recently retrofitted for DHS at their request, according to the Gateway Pundit.
One might ask a legitimate question here, and that would be; “just what in God’s name is DHS doing?" Some folks who just don’t understand what it would be like if the U.S. Government were to collapse, or a civil rebellion were to start, or even if the government went into Nazi mode and started locking people up just because of their purchases, their attitude, or their words! Oh, wait, that is already happening.
Those people that make fun of others for preparing for anarchy, and government crackdowns (commonly called ‘preppers’) are the stupid ones here, not those who are stockpiling food, ammo, water, clothing, fuel, purchasing generators and the like. The conduct and operations of DHS proves that statement!
According to her “Profile” in Forbes, Janet Napolitano, is quoted as saying, "You've got to widen your scope and shift priorities," she says, "to keep the nation's borders secure." Yea right, so how is she securing the borders? Many think that there is no real effort to do that anymore since Obama became president.
Is it possible that we already know why DHS is preparing for anarchy? Yes, it is possible. All one has to do is read the on-line news (all sites not just Conservative or Liberal) to see that there is a mess coming that we will have to deal with. By the term “we,” I mean, individuals, families, communities, towns and cities. When the Federal Government runs amok, then all bets are off.
Keep in mind that a few cities have already filed for bankruptcy, others are on the verge, and the global economy is nearly at a standstill as far as economic growth is concerned. The European Union is in turmoil because of austerity and the U.S. Government stays afloat by printing more and more money. China owns most of the U.S debt and the Federal Government borrows 46 cents of every dollar it spends.
Now, there are more and more calls by gun hating Liberals in our country to confiscate ALL guns. Thinking like a DHS official, one might say that the reason they want to confiscate, buy back, or make illegal all guns, is that it would be much easier to take America to a Nazi style government, and many people believe that. Without guns in the hands of Americans, it would be an easy victory should the mess hit the fan!
