The corrupt gang of lawless partisan fanatics who vindictively used the IRS to silence conservatives in the middle of a major national election are now on the record admitting that they knew all along where to find the email evidence showing that Lois "Plead the Fifth" Lerner directly coordinated her tyrannical crimes against the Constitution with the highest levels of the government.

IRS Commissioner John Koskinen, who has been repeatedly caught lying to Congress under oath (first the emails never existed, then they were lost during a system crash, and then they were accidentally destroyed and recycled), finally admitted to Judicial Watch last week that "Lois Lerner's emails, indeed all government computer records, are backed up by the federal government in case of a government-wide catastrophe."

And he knew about this file-backup system the entire time. Koskinen simply omitted its existence for months until U.S. District Judge Emmet Sullivan became so frustrated with his non-stop lying, stonewalling, and obstruction that he ordered the IRS to make sworn declarations about what happened to the "missing" emails, how the hard-drives were destroyed, and why their destruction was authorized.

And now that we know these emails do in fact still exist, the IRS is suddenly insisting that the backup files containing them "would be too onerous to search." But as Investors' Business Daily notes, "This is an awfully lame excuse from an administration whose NSA was scooping up records of every communication made by American citizens and even foreign leaders, then allegedly mining the data in search of connectable dots."

The Bottom Line: Democrats tear the Constitution to shreds at every turn, and then brazenly destroy evidence and commit other felonies to cover it up. Leftists do this openly and continuously, with total impunity. They are apparently now 100% unaccountable, and have completely abandoned any concern whatsoever for the rule of law.
