Irrational Games yesterday posted a look into the music of their upcoming first-person shooter, “BioShock Infinite.” The game’s soundtrack will be composed by Gary Schyman, who is returning from composing the previous two “BioShock” Titles. Fans that purchase the Ultimate Songbird or Premium Edition of “BioShock Infinite” will receive the title’s soundtrack, which features a unique song track performed the voice actors of in-game characters Booker DeWitt and Elizabeth. The “BioShock Infinite” soundtrack will feature 28 tracks.
The next title in the “BioShock” franchise, “BioShock Infinite,” releases later this month and will take gamers away from the series’ previous setting of the underwater utopia gone wrong and instead place them high in the sky within the floating city of Columbia.
“BioShock Infinite” releases on the Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 on March 26. The same day, fans will be able to purchase a Season Pass for three future add-ons to the game for $30.
