According to the Phil Star on March 20, Marvel's "Iron Man 3" character descriptions seem to have revealed an interesting spoiler that could give hint to the future of the Marvel cinematic universe.
In the description about Maya Hansen, who is played by Rebecca Hall, it is mentioned that her occupation is a Botanist. Recently, it has been mentioned that the Ellen Brandt, played by Stephanie Szostak, had a tie-in to Doctor Strange and her beloved Man-Thing.
This could question on what kind of direction "Iron Man 3" could be going with these characters considering Man-Thing's plant-like appearance.
Though, some of these characters are considered minor roles, it could connect to the Marvel cinematic phase one and phase two plans.
Ellen Brandt and Aldrich Killian who are also minor characters in the movie, are tied to a terrorist science organization called A.I.M. that became exposed by S.H.I.E.L.D. as a subversive group and from that point on, had to make their operations covert. They too seek to also experiment with the Extremis virus to us on subjects of their own choosing and to their advantage.
"Iron Man 3" is scheduled to be released May 3 in theaters.
