According to report made by Hypable on Jan. 20, 2013, specifics have been revealed of re-shoots being made of 'Iron Man 3' and production will be working on this project in Hollywood at the TLC Chinese Theater. Also, Don Cheadle speaks of his involvement in the movie.
Seeking out Stark technology issues in India
It appears at that the photography shots were to have been complete a few weeks go, however, a small crew of 12 along with director Shane Black, will be heading to India for a four day shoot.
According to the Hindustan Times, there seems to be a plot where Tony Stark makes his way to Hyderabad and Bengaluru to troubleshoot his technology issues. Also included in the story line, is where Stark Industries is outsourcing its work to India for cutting edge technology development.
Don Cheadle confirmed in 'Iron Man 3'
In an interview made by Collider, it spoke with Don Cheadle about his involvement in 'Iron Man 3':
“I hope that it performs to those levels. We did a little piece of it at Comic-Con and people went crazy. It looked great. The script is good. We’re doing a couple re-shoots next week, but I’m encouraged.”

Interestingly enough, the Hollywood Orchid Suites displayed a photo on their Facebook page in regards to film equipment being prepped for shooting:
“There will be flashes of light, debris being propelled out of the courtyard towards the street and about 30 cars driving by with obligatory fender benders. The shoot will cause street closures on Hollywood Blvd., between Highland Ave. and Orange Dr., Highland Ave. and McCadden Pl., beginning on Mon., January 21, 7:00 p.m. through Tues., January 22, 4:00 a.m.”
There was also a minor spoiler in regards to the types of cameras being used for the purposes of explosive special effects. As of now, fans can just take most of this with a grain of salt, but Don Cheadle pretty much firmed things up by acknowledging being a participant in the "Iron Man 3" movie.
