Any makeup addict really should be in attendance, as the three day affair will include beauty workshops, live on-stage performances, makeup tutorials, and swag. Tons and TONS of swag.
The goody bags can include items from mega brands such as Sexy Hair, Pacifica, bh Cosmetics, NYX, Nicole by O.P.I., Moxie, Bare Minerals, Urban Decay, Benefit and so much more! Definitely brands that can NOT be passed up.
The beauty "trade show" will have more of a party feel to it. Party as in a nice afternoon out with the girlfriends, not like a hooker-heels and bondage dress raver. It will be at the Grammy's After Party site L.A. Live and begins on the evening of Friday, May 30th (invite only).
For those who purchased a regular ticket, the event kicks off Saturday, May 31st at 11am and will be held till 5pm. The show then continues Sunday, June 1st at 11am and goes until 4pm.
Ipsy (formerly my glam) was founded by YouTube beauty sensation, Michelle Phan. The service has a makeup bag subscription called the ipsy glam bag and only costs ten bucks a month. Again, Ipsy is the host of Generation Beauty and it is sure to be one heck of a party.
To attend the 2014 Generation Beauty, a link to their site can be found here. The tickets might look expensive, but it is more than likely going to pay itself off in product that will come in gift bags.
