This morning, it was reported that the iPhone 5S will launch in the third quarter. Components for the next-generation iPhone will start shipping at the end of May with the new smartphone showing up by the end of September on all carriers. It could be even earlier than that.
The iPhone 5S won't be a huge upgrade from the iPhone 5. It will include a faster processor and a much better camera. It will also be even lighter than the iPhone 5, if that's even possible. But Apple has one problem: Samsung! Actually, they have more problems, but Samsung tops their list of troubles.
Samsung will be unleashing their Galaxy S4 to all major carriers in June and even though the initial announcement of the phone has spawned mixed reactions, it is set to outsell any version of the iPhone that Apple has released. Apple has gone downhill ever since their ridiculous lawsuits against Samsung. Perhaps karma really does exist.
