Attorney General Eric Holder has renewed rattling his saber about investigating the Bush administration's torture policy. Whether that's a trial balloon, as even some Democrats suggest, is not clear. But in any event, it's actually Mr. Holder who should be the subject of an investigation.

Calling for a Holder investigation! The Pittsburgh Tribune Review TribLive site features an editorial calling for an investigation of Eric Holder's handling of the Black Panther voter intimidation charge dismissal.
No girly-men among those Pittsburgh guys! Let Johathan Alter at Newsweek bask in his imaginary Obama after glow. The real men are fighting back.
Holder is contemplating his navel, reflecting on the politically motivated torture policies of the Bush administration. This sleight of hand shouldn't fool anyone, but we know who the fools are now. The fawning mainstream media whose faux sense of outrage over torture of terrorists overwhelms their ability to see the real outrage.

    Let's go! Thank you for taking a moment to comment. Does Obama care about the country, the Consititution or whether he abuses his power? Ask Rahm Emanuel. Obama is no different than your run of the mill Chicago poll. Abuse of power is their mo. My question is, now that Sotomayor is engaging in double talk to get her Senate confirmation, will Obama's strategy of deny and double talk be obvious? We can only hope. Jan
