Many products that families use on a daily were the brainchild of an inventor. Inventors see a gap in a market or a specific need. These products that they create fill this void. This year, during the 2014 International Home and Housewares Show, 75 top inventors and entrepreneurs will pitch their best housewares ideas to HSN executives and Edison Nation team.
This special event is call the Inventors Call Out. It gives inventors a chance to put their ideas in front of the people who can turn those ideas into a marketed product. Now through March 3, people can submit their ideas to the contest. Visit http://www.edisonnation.com/live_product_searches/HSN2012435 to submit your product idea. When submitting, please include any drawings, pictures or videos you may have of your invention. Share your product’s story. Edison Nation will review every product idea submitted between now and Monday, March 3.
Edison Nation will narrow the selection to the 75 best ideas. Those invited to pitch their idea in person will be notified by Friday, March 7. These 75 inventors will have the chance to pitch their idea in person to Louis Foreman and HSN on Friday, March 14, and will also be invited to attend the Home + Housewares Show the following day. All participants are responsible for their own transportation and lodging.
Winners of this promotion will have the opportunity to have their product sold on HSN. In past years, winning submissions have included the Perfect Bacon Bowl and Eggies.
Are you ready to turn that idea into an award winning, money making product? Enter the Inventors Call Out today.
