Since its launch in 2003, the Macy's Culinary Council has put together a line-up of the most celebrated and recognizable chefs in the world. One of them includes award-winning celebrity chef, author, television personality Todd English.
English opened his first restaurant the nationally acclaimed Mediterranean restaurant Olives in Massachusetts. Since then he has opened award winning restaurants in New York and Las Vegas. English is a four-time James Beard Award winner and author of four cookbooks.
Here's our exclusive interview with Todd English at the Macy's Culinary Council 10th Anniversary Celebration Party on October 15, 2013:
Olga: What are you most excited about for tonight?
Todd English: Always fun to hang out with my friends, some I've known for over 20 plus years. We don’t see each other that much because we’re both so busy. This is a regularly schedule thing.
Olga: How’s it like to be a featured chef for Macy’s Culinary Council 10th Anniversary?
Todd English: It’s exciting to be part of this group. I admire and respect what they have to offer. As friends and colleagues we can talk about the best and worst stories.
