Millie: How do you always manage to look fabulous?
Angela: Well first of all, thank you. Ha! I don't always feel very fabulous but I am sure most moms don't either. I try to drink lots of water and eat well and exercise blah blah blah, but honestly sleep goes the furthest for me! I am in love with napping. My daughter still takes an afternoon nap and I try to--but usually can't--nap when she does. I am told someday very soon the nap phase will be over and I am already bummed! So needless to say on my days off I really try to give my hair a well-deserved timeout from styling by letting it air-dry whenever possible. When all else fails? My hair has some natural wave to it so I kinda end up looking like Elisabeth Shue in Cocktail (gotta love the 80's) but at least my hair gets some time off. And a casual, loose ponytail always works well.
