On Sept. 11, Atlantic recording artist Max Frost chatted with Examiner about his new single "White Lies." The song can be heard on his official SoundCloud page by clicking here.

According to Frost, he remarked, "It started as a track that I made while I was living in Venice Beach, California. I spent a lot of time listening to the track over and over as I rode my bike up and down the boardwalk. After three or four days I finished the song."

As indicated in the "about section" of his official Facebook page, he originally from Austin, Texas; moreover, he is a fan of such artists as D'Angelo, Hendrix, Kanye, Raphael Saadiq and Erykah Badu.

Frost is expected to embark on his North American tour. "I'll playing a lot of songs that I'm working on for my upcoming record as well as songs on my current EP. I'll be playing lots of different instruments but mainly singing and having a great time," he said.

He will be touring with Gary Clark Jr. "It’s so surreal because I used to open for him four or five years ago when he was still playing around Austin. I'm excited to get out on the road for the first time and play in cities I've never even been to before," he said.
