On Feb. 15, Show Dog Universal Music recording artist and rising country singer Joel Crouse chatted via telephone about his new single “If You Want Some” and his future plans in music.
Regarding his latest radio single “If You Want Some,” Joel remarked, “The new single is doing great. It’s my first song on country radio. I wrote it with my producer Jamie Houston and Luke Laird and we are out promoting it. We are hitting some stations here and there and the feedback we have been getting from it has been great. It seems to be a really cool crowd favorite song for sure.”
He revealed that his forthcoming studio album is expected to be released in late 2013. “This is going to be a record that tells who I am,” he stated.
Joel noted that he is expected to hit the road with The Band Perry this spring and he will tour yet again with Darius Rucker this fall. “We have some full band dates coming up and we are having a blast promoting the new single,” he said. “Thank you to the fans for the support. We are still going to continue to make music. This is just the beginning,” he said.
Joel listed Adele and Carrie Underwood as his dream duet choices in music and praised them for their vocal prowess.
According to Barbara Goldsmith, a dedicated Joel Crouse fan, she remarked, “Joel is a very talent and amazing singer. I love his music and he has a charming personality. His voice is so smooth and sexy.”
“If you haven’t had a chance to buy his single on iTunes yet, you are missing you. Joel is an amazing talent and this is just the beginning of even bigger things to come. I am proud to be a fan,” added fellow country fan Jen Gormley.
