So first let us get some easy questions out of the way.
GABE GINSBERG: What is your best Las Vegas memory or memories?
ANNE MARTINEZ: My best memory would have to be the fist night I performed in Bite at the Stratosphere. The cast and crew were so sweet and supportive!
GABE GINSBERG: What is your favorite thing(s) to do in Las Vegas?
ANNE MARTINEZ: I love going hiking here! People don't realize how amazing this city is: you always have a place to party, to relax, and to see some gorgeous scenery.
GABE GINSBERG: What is your favorite place(s) to eat in Las Vegas?
ANNE MARTINEZ: I'm obsessed with the sushi at 808 and KOBE.
GABE GINSBERG: What must someone see while they are in Las Vegas? ( Shows, Attractions, Places, )
ANNE MARTINEZ: Definitely see "O", LOVE, Vegas! the Show, and Absinthe. They are the BEST shows! Those shows are so fun, original, and full of amazing talent.
Now let us get a bit personal.
GABE GINSBERG: What makes you happy?
ANNE MARTINEZ: Music makes me so happy. Just listening to gorgeous music can really change what was a rough day. My husband is like the human form of music. He makes me happy everyday
GABE GINSBERG: How would you describe yourself?
ANNE MARTINEZ: I would describe myself as hardworking, quirky, happy.
GABE GINSBERG: When did you know you wanted to be a singer?
ANNE MARTINEZ: When I first heard my mom's Linda Ronstadt record when I was a little girl, I remember thinking, "I want to do that!"
GABE GINSBERG: Any secrets you want to share about A Blonde, a Brunette and a Redhead (BBR)?
ANNE MARTINEZ: I think the best secret is that people don't know how fun our show really is...we have a lot of tricks up our sleeves!
GABE GINSBERG: Who has had the greatest influence on your life and why?
ANNE MARTINEZ: My parents have had a huge impact on my life. They truly taught me the importance of hard work, family, and love.
GABE GINSBERG: What’s a secret ambition of yours?
ANNE MARTINEZ: I really want to learn how to knit a sweater!
GABE GINSBERG: What do you want to accomplish?
ANNE MARTINEZ: I want to make Las Vegas my home as a performer, to bring a NEW and exciting flavor to the city with BBR LAS VEGAS
GABE GINSBERG: What is the best job you had and why?
ANNE MARTINEZ: My best job was a Christmas show I did in Hershey, PA. The best cast ever, we stayed at a luxury hotel for free, and they were always giving us Hershey candy!
GABE GINSBERG: Best advice you would give to a person trying to get into the industry and why?
ANNE MARTINEZ: My best advice is to remember above everything that this is a business...conduct yourself as a professional. Don't get into it if you're looking for attention. Be a performer because you truly love it and you want it to be your money making career.
GABE GINSBERG: What is the kindest thing you’ve done for someone else? (Did they know?)
ANNE MARTINEZ: I worked at a Movie Theatre when I was in high school. A couple that had just gotten engaged lost the ring in their popcorn bag and threw it away. I went through 3 huge dumpsters until I found the ring for them. I was totally gross, but they were so happy I didn't mind a bit!
GABE GINSBERG: How would you describe the perfect day?
ANNE MARTINEZ: A perfect day would be a huge BBQ with my husband, family, and friends. All of us just hanging out and laughing all day.
GABE GINSBERG: What is that one thing you could not live without?
ANNE MARTINEZ: I cannot live without my phone...it's the best way to stay in contact with my loved ones. But all tech aside...I couldn't live without my rings. They mean so much to me.
GABE GINSBERG: If you could ask anyone a question who would be the person? What would be the question?
ANNE MARTINEZ: It would have to be Steven Spielberg....the question? "Want to get some dinner and talk movies?"
Ok fun question to end with.
GABE GINSBERG: If your life was a movie what would it be called?
ANNE MARTINEZ: Hot messes can succeed! hahaha!
