Just made available from A&E to stream online, Intervention Leslie - the story of a mother of three who is addicted to drinking mouthwash.
Leslie is an alcoholic.
"No children should have to see their mother in the condition that they've seen their mother in."
This is as bad as Leslie has ever been and her husband says that the kids don't need to be around it anymore; and he wants his old wife back--the relationship that they used to have.
Craig, Leslie's husband, is taking their children out of the house to stay because of Leslie's alcoholic behavior; things have become too dysfunctional for the children to even live in the same house as their mother any longer. Her children miss her and they are angry; they want their mom back. Leslie also has a court date that she must stay sober for. Now friends are babysitting her.
"I just want to drink and get drunk. I feel like an unworthy mother..."
Leslie's family will stage an intervention as their last hope to win her back from her addiction. They will tell her that they love her and believe in her, and want her back.
