International Education Week

Starting November 14th to the 20th, FIU is celebrating cultural diversity with an array of events that promise to be as exciting as our diversity. The kick off will be at the GC pit in which a ceremony and a parade of flags will be held. Don’t miss out on the International Soccer tournament. There will be movies playing during the week such as Inch’Allah dimanche (French) and Waltz with Bashir (Israel). But, there is so much more: showcases, a photo contest, reel reviews, trivia competition, Arabian Night (to celebrate food and culture), you name it, they probably have it. So, at any moment come and check it out. Show your cultural diversity and pride! A flier with the schedule of the events can be obtained in the information desk at FIU. For any questions, please feel free to make a comment or e-mail, I’ll be very happy to assist you!

I can't wait to see what this event has to offer. I'm sure it's going to be so much fun. Our university is filled with different cultures and yes we should be proud. We should show our pride.
