Exopolitica Mexico, the organization representing exopolitics – the study of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse – in Mexico has launched its international website –
in memory of assassinated former Governor Silverio Cavazos of the state of Colima.
Governor Cavazos, who publicly supported the activities of Exopolitics Week in Colima, was assassinated by unknown assailants outside his family home in the company the Colima state Secretary of Economic Development Rafael Gutiérrez Villalobos on Nov. 21, 2010, just after the conclusion of Exopolitics Week at the University of Colima, Nov. 15-19, 2010.
Governor Cavazos, known popularly as ‘Silverio’ in this coastal Mexican state, was an enthusiastic student of exopolitics. Governor Cavazos attended an opening dinner for Exopolitics Week that took place in the historic village of Comala, the setting for author Juan Rulfo’s widely known novel, Pedro Parama.
Silverio attended Alfred Lambremont Webre’s exopolitics lecture at the University of Colima, and hosted the National Council of Exopolitica Mexico at a private dinner at his home at the conclusion of the week.
Investigators, who have released a composite sketch of the assassin, have not publicly announced any motives or leads in the assassination, and they have ruled out any drug-related connection and any political motivation to the assassination.
At the private dinner at his home on Nov. 18, Governor Cavazos told Alfred Lambremont Webre that he did not plan to retire from politics, that he planned to run for Senator, and if possible, he planned to run for President of Mexico in 2018, or in 2024. Mexican presidents enjoy 6 years terms of office, without reelection.
Former Governor Cavazos was governor of Colima state during 2005-2009, and it is a political tradition in Colima for the outgoing Governor to function informally as Governor and tutor the incoming Governor for two years after his term of office, according to political observers.
Members of Exopolitica Mexico’s national council, Ruben ‘Tawa’ Martinez, a prominent Colima-based TV host, journalist, and part of the political group ‘Los Tenaces’, Daniel Muñoz , a Cuernavaca-based TV personality and researcher and author on extraterrestrial life, and Exopolitics author Alfred Lambremont Webre issued a statement of condolence on the tragic loss of Governor Cavazos as a political and exopolitical leader in Colima, Mexico and the world.
Exopolitica Mexico announced the dedication to the memory of ‘Governor Silverio’ of the 1st Latin American Exopolitical Congress, to be held in Mexico City in the fall of 2011. Invitees will include Exopolitics organizations in Mexico, and Central and South America, and an international panel of experts on relations with intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.
Exopolitics Week at Colima – First of its kind
Exopolitics Week is a new concept that involves key elements in a University-based community and its host city experiencing exopolitics - the science of intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse - in an educational context over a week’s time.
The goal of Exopolitics Week is to begin to acclimatize university students; educational institutions; university, primary, and secondary teachers; teacher’s unions; public and private media in a selected city.
Exopolitics Week also includes a public intention experiment where hundreds of interested residents of the city can come together and interact with inter-dimensional ET/UFOs. In the case of Exopolitics Week at Colima, Mexico, the intention experiment involved over 200 persons at the foot of the Colima volcano in the town of Yerbabuena, interacting with inter-dimensional UFOs, all of which was captured and broadcast by Televisa, the largest Hispanic television network in the world.
Welcoming dinner (Nov. 15) - Exopolitics Week in Colima began with a spirit of unity and welcoming to the new science of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse. Tawa and a local welcoming Committee including former Governor Silverio and Dr. Jesus Muñiz, director of the Colima State Council of Science and Technology, hosted Alfred Lambremont Webre at a welcoming dinner.
The poignant photographs of this dinner (and one of Silverio at the University lecture the next day) are among the last of Governor Silverio alive and you can view them in a slide show by clicking below.

No one at these events had any inkling that less than a week later, Governor Silverio - would be brutally assassinated.
University exopolitics lecture (Nov. 16) – On Nov. 16, 2010, a magisterial lecture was held in the Paraninfo Lecture hall of the University of Colima. The lecture had been initially arranged four months earlier by Dr. Jesus Muñiz as head of the University’s Scientific Research Coordination Committee, a position he then held.
Fifteen days before the beginning of Exopolitics Week, a new head of committee, Ricardo A. Navarro Polanco, unexpectedly replaced Dr. Jesus Muñiz.
Mr. Navarro, who did not attend the Exopolitics lecture, published a misleading public letter the day after the lecture, stating erroneously that the University had not approved the invitation of Alfred Lambremont Webre to speak, when in fact Dr. Muñiz had approved that invitation as then head of the University’s Scientific Research Coordination Committee.
Ricardo A. Navarro wrote,
"On Tuesday November 16 a lecture was presented in the auditorium of the University of Colima where a number concepts such as Exopolitics and the relationship between humans and other extraterrestrial civilizations were presented. Even when the university is conceived as an open forum for free discussion of ideas, such events misinform and confuse students and society at large about the true role of science and scientific.
"The University of Colima has for years built a national and international prestige on serious academic and scientific work, so it is important to make clear that this kind of pseudoscientific activities are not in any way encouraged by the university community. While it is true that the university logo was used and involved the Coordinating Committee for Scientific Research and the Faculty of Sciences in organizing this event, none of these agencies invited, attended, much less supported the said event.
"In any event, this event was held in a personal capacity by some university workers, and in no way represents the university research community."
Mr. Navarro’s letter was published as a banner front-page headline on the Colima newspaper, Ecos de la Costa.
The National Council of Exopolitica Mexico responded immediately in the form of a public letter by Ruben ‘Tawa’ Martinez that was also published prominently by the Colima newspaper Ecos de la Costa.
Tawa wrote:
“C. Ricardo A. Polanco Navarro
Scientific Research Coordination Committee
University of Colima
“We read your letter. And I want to make publicly known that the invitation to the scientist Alfred Lambremont Webre to deliver his lecture "We are not alone, the universe is populated - We live in a universe of intelligent origin” and to teach in the auditorium of the University of Colima, on Tuesday November 16 at 10 am, WAS a corporate invitation by the office of Scientific Research Coordination Committee at the University of Colima.
“We have all the necessary documents to prove it. The presentation of these documents we will do in due course.
“Dr. Alfred Webre has donated 15 books to the University of Colima with the theme of "Exopolitics: Politics, government and law in the universe" so that the university community and its scientists and scientific organizations can have access to this information via their own texts without misinterpretation.
“He has left a letter to the Rector and a book signed by his own hand, for his information. All texts are in English, as Spanish version of the book Mexico is out of stock.
“I write this letter in respect of a distinguished guest, as Dr. Webre has a track record that no one in the world can question. Dr. Webre was unaware of what Mr. Navarro has published.
“Dr. Webre has said that, given his international commitments to speak elsewhere, he could return with pleasure in late October 2011 to debate scientists from the University of Colima on anything they wish, in a fraternal, patient and scientific attitude. Dr. Webre thanks everyone - all the scientists, individuals, and entire families with whom he met, who have made contact, and who opened his mind and heart.
“Dr. Webre offers his personal email exopolitics@exopolitics.com and his website www.exopolitics.com for any opinions, debates or information requests.
“Also, I note and inform the public and the university community that we have seen and reviewed the videos, lists, witness lists, guards, and assistants with email, and we discovered that Mr. Ricardo A. Polanco Navarro is not listed as attending the conference Dr. Webre. This is more reason for not responding to someone who judges about arguments and ideas that he has not heard nor knew about because he did not attend the lecture by Dr Webre.
“So here should be clear that Dr. Alfred Lambremont Webre was invited by the Scientific Research Coordination Committee of the University of Colima with full knowledge of the Rector of the University of Colima. This invalidates any in-house polemics about his invitation.
“Without being disingenuous, we know the true background of the attacks on the issue of the invitation by the Scientific Research Coordination Committee. Responding to those attacks or intruding on the guest speaker is not the purpose of this letter. These attacks will receive other responses later, which we are looking forward to.
"Dr. Webre writes: In Light and Cooperation.
“Stay tuned. Good greetings ... "And yet it moves" Amigos. Colima. Col., November 19, 2010.”
At question and answer session after the exopolitics lecture, the audience (which included university faculty, students, and citizenry from the Colima area) submitted over 50 written questions that demonstrated a good grasp of the subject matter.
Ecological collapse - High on list of questions was the issue of the possible collapse of Earth ecology and biosphere due to environmental pollution, and a possible necessary extraterrestrial intervention to save our planet and species from extinction.
Slideshow - Reader’s can view a photographic slideshow of the Exopolitics lecture and subsequent events of Exopolitics Week here.

Televisa in Colima, Guadalajara, and Mexico City television markets broadcast a summary of the exopolitics lecture, the equivalent of substantial national television coverage.
Congress of the State of Colima (Nov 17) – Legislative changes designed to undo the damage of more than 50 years of an extraterrestrial Truth embargo due to the 1953 CIA Robertson panel are an important part of Exopolitics Week.
The National Council of Exopolitica Mexico met with Diputada Itzel Ríos de la Mora (PRI), President of the Congress of the State of Colima.
Together, President Rios de la Mora and Exopolitica Mexico agreed on a legislative declaration of December 10 as an International Day of Celebration of Intelligent Civilizations in the Cosmos. A public declaration of this day (the same date as International Human Rights Day) would work to remove the public taboo around the public discussion in schools, media, academia, and government of the subject of intelligent civilizations now visiting Earth, and begin to roll-back some of the damage inflicted by the CIA-engendered Truth embargo of more that 50 years.
President de la Mora indicated she would begin to move forward the declaration of December 10 as an International Day of Celebration of Intelligent Civilizations in the Cosmos as a legislative measure in the Congress of the State of Colima.
Exopolitics curriculum lecture – Teacher’s union (Nov.17) - A key element of Exopolitics Week was the curriculum lecture by Alfred Lambremont Webre before the Education Worker’s Union, section 39, which represents teachers in public schools, and which was hosted by union leader Guillermo Rangel, and Professor Federico Rangel, Secretary of Education of Colima’s present Governor Mario Anguiano Moreno.
The lecture was designed to introduce concepts of the study of intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse to participating primary and secondary school teachers. At Colima, an overflow crowd of 350+ teacher came to the lecture hall and listened attentively (See slideshow of Exopolitics Week).
Skywatch – Intention experiment (Nov. 17) – That evening over 200 persons participated in an intention experiment near the Colima volcano (at which UFOs are frequently seen).
Physicist Nassim Haramein explains that on planets, volcanoes serve as interdimensional portals through which interdimensional probes that we experience as ‘UFOs’ can enter our 3rd dimensional time-space.
The Colima volcano, where inter-dimensional UFOs routinely appear and are recorded by researchers, is also of interest because of the observations of philosopher Rudolph Steiner.
Steiner hypothesized that the earth had in fact tetrahedral and chestahedral shapes, and that core points for this hypothesis were located in “the South Pole, the Caucasus Japan, and central America (the Colima volcano in Mexico).” [Emphasis added].
From a sacred geometry perspective, the Colima volcano – where Exopolitica Mexico was founded - may be a key interdimensional portal and energy vector for planet Earth.
The Colima volcano intention experiment was a thorough success. (See slideshow of Exopolitics Week).
Televisa, the national Mexican television network that covered the experiment, was able to document many participants as they experienced inter-dimensional UFOs that moved and signaled the crowd.
Founding of Exopolitica Mexico/Colima & Governor’s private dinner (Nov. 18) – On the evening of Nov. 18, Tawa led a meeting that founded Exopolitica Mexico/Colima as the first independent chapter of Exopolitica Mexico.
Following this meeting, the national council of Exopolitica Mexico joined former Governor Silverio and his wife Idalia and their children for late night talk of contact with interdimensional extraterrestrials identifying themselves as being from Venus over a supper of quesadillas and tacos with refritos.
Former Governor Silverio was in an open, good humor. He talked about his vision for the future, the importance of education, his plans to run for Senator and then for President of Mexico, and joked whether it was possible to get hold of a chronovisor to see whether in fact he would be President in 2018 or 2024.
Project Pegasus whistleblower Andrew D. Basiago has detailed how the chronovisor – a device for obtaining information from future locations in the time-space hologram – has been used to secretly pre-identify U.S. presidents, including Jimmy Carter, George HW Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush and Barack Obama.
At the end of the evening, Governor Silverio walked the group out the entrance to his walled, modern home, up to their cars and bed farewell.
They were never to see Silverio alive again.
Here is part of a letter of condolence about Silverio from Exopolitica Mexico:
“Please know that human, social and cosmic justice will be served. Governor Silverio Cavazos is a valiant representative of a higher cause, a leader ahead of his time, and in his time as well – a rare combination. He is present with you and with us always and is our inspiration.”
Who assassinated Silverio – Cui bono?
Although a composite picture of the assassin who slew Silverio has been assembled, no motive has offcially been yet assigned to this crime of assassination, except a formal declaration that the drug war and ‘political’ causes were not involved.
In Colima and in Mexico, the assassination of Governor Silverio Cavazos remains an enigma.
There may be a definite cause for the enigmatic aura surrounding the assassination of Silverio.
The orders to assassinate former Governor Silverio Cavazos may have originated in a diversity of covert agencies of power, and architected so as to be a crime varied out by persons of low social standing, working for pay.
However, the core source of Governor Silverado’s assassination may have international causal connections, in the opinion of informed sources in Colima.
Silverio was proposing in the latter days of his life to work with educational and social policies leading to a transformation of our educational and social systems, so that we can – as a society – interact with the rest of organized interdimensional intelligent civilizations.
Silverio’s exopolitical vision, expressed in the latter days of his life, may have been accompanied by too accelerated a personal transformation from the Governorship of Colima (2005-9) at which he arrived at a very young age. Silverio won election as Governor of Colima in April 2005 after the accidental death of his friend, then Governor Gustavo Vazquez Montes, who died in the accidental crash of the gubernatorial airplane on February 24, 2005, together with part of his staff.
Perhaps there was no causal connection between Exopolitics Week and the tragic assassination of Governor Silverio Cavazos, and the juxtaposition in time of these two events was a coincidence without any causal connection.
Exopolítica México and the Future
The birth of Exopolítica México, in the words of one woman observor, has been like all births, cathartic, perhaps messy and bringing into the world new life – in this case a vehicle of consciousness of that humanity shares the cosmos with other intelligent civilizations that are organized, some of which (although not all) are visiting us and helping our planetary evolution.
The members of Exopolítica México have decided to help create a positive, multi-dimensional future in México and on the planet.
In 2010-11, Exopolítica México will be expanding local Exopolítica México chapters in various cities and localities Mexico, interactine with fellow Exopolitics organizations in Central, South, and North America, Europe, Africa, and Asia.
You can access all of the websites of the Exopolitics World Network at
Exopolítica México will also be preparing to host the 1st Latin American Exopolitical Congress in Mexico City in the Fall of 2011. Invitees will include the Exopolitical organizations of Central, South America, and of North America, Europe, Africa and Asia, together with a Panel of international experts on intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.
Exopolítica México’s mission is to research and educate on Exopolitics, the science of relations among intelligent civilizations in the multi-verse.
