In this day of TV and the internet we see lots of 'instant celebrities' being born. Not that Katherine Webb was not already well known locally for being 'Miss Alabama', but after the Alabama and Notre Dame BCS Bowl football championship matchup on national TV on Monday night, we all now know who Katherine Webb is. Not only is she Miss Alabama, but she is also the girlfriend of the winning Alabama BCS Bowl champion quarterback A J McCarron. She was also singled out by the TV cameras several times during the game with mention of her several times by the BCS Bowl announcer.
