Inner Peace Yoga Center will host its ninth annual Yogathon to raise money for its scholarship program from 8:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. March 15 at its 5038 E. 56th St. location. Cost is $25 per person, according to this month's issue of Natural Awakenings. The scholarship helps people who can't afford classes take them.

10:30 am-11:45 pm - Regularly Scheduled Beginner 1 Class

According to the center's Carol Crenshaw, the group will go to Three Sisters Restaurant in Broad Ripple for dinner.
Crenshaw said yoga's health benefits include balancing the nervous system, enhancing the immune system, building strength and flexibility.
"It has almost endless benefits," she said. "Anything that you want help with."
