
The Inn at Weston in the picturesque
Chef Cayer is a native Vermonter and a farmer who uses fresh local products in the dishes she prepares for the inn. For the Saturday seminars Chef Cayer and guests will prepare winter comfort foods such as pot roast, French onion soup, pulled pork shoulder and root vegetables. So forget the diet for these weekends because you get to eat what you cook.
The Culinary Weekend package includes two nights lodging, two dinners for two in the inn’s award winning restaurant, breakfast each morning and the Saturday cooking seminar. Prices range from $749 to $849 for two people.
