On the Feb. 1 episode of "Nancy Grace Mysteries," the former felony prosecutor talked to an inmate at Estrella Jail. The inmate revealed what Jodi told her about the murder of Travis Alexander and it is quite perplexing.
The inmate told Nancy Grace that Jodi Arias spoke to her about the murder of Travis Alexander. She allegedly said that the victim was going to kill her and so she had to kill him first. She also revealed that Jodi told her that in order not to get caught, she "chopped him up and buried his body parts in various parts of the county."
However, Travis was not chopped up and his body parts were not buried throughout the county. While his throat was slashed all the way towards his spine, as if Jodi was trying to decapitate him, all of his body parts were at the scene. In fact, he was not chopped up at all. He was shot in the face, stabbed 29 times and his throat was slashed from ear to ear.
Nancy asked the inmate if she had been following the trial. She admitted that she has only seen and heard a little bit, but her husband has been keeping her updated because she loves Nancy and loves her show.
Was Jodi Arias' plan to chop Travis Alexander up and stash is body parts throughout the county? Or is this some strange attempt for the murderer to confuse the public?
