Christopher Glass was found on the floor of his jail cell last Monday, and the investigation into just what happened continues. Reports indicate that though the inmate called 911, his voice was never heard. Rather, someone else was heard saying, “Whether or not you're a dead man. Just hang up.”

The Lawton Constitution notes that the inmate called 911 six times between 8:50 p.m. Sunday night and 1:56 a.m. Monday morning, just a matter of hours before he died. It is believed that Glass was assaulted at the Lawton Correctional Facility, and he had visible injuries on his body when he was found. A cause of death has not yet been determined.

There are clearly many more details yet to be revealed regarding the incident that left Christopher Glass dead. Will the voice heard in the background when the inmate called 911 reveal who assaulted him? It certainly seems to be a key to sorting through the details.
