Warner Bros. Interactive and DC Entertainment announced the expected "Ultimate Edition" for Injustice: Gods Among Us on Monday but included a surprise with the support of the Playstation 4 and PS Vita.
The Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition will be available Nov. 12 for the PS4, PS3, Xbox 360 for $59.99, PC for $49.99 and PS Vita for $39.99 in North America and Nov. 29 in Europe according to a press release from Warner Bros. The edition comes packed with the original game plus all of the DLC released so far including Lobo, Batgirl, General Zod, Martian Manhunter and Scorpion. Also included is more than 40 extra character skins and 60 S.T.A.R. Labs Mission.
The PS4 and PC versions of Injustice: Gods Among Us is being worked on by High Voltage. Injustice on the PS4 will feature Touchpad functionality, video sharing and streaming and will link to player's PSN feed page during match wrap-ups and pause menus.
Meanwhile, the PS Vita port is being handled by Armature Studio with touch controls for the mini-game in story mode and S.T.A.R. Labs Mission. It will also support Ad-hoc and Wi-Fi multiplayer.
The North American version of the Ultimate Edition release will also include the game's music soundtrack as well.
Neither a Wii U or Xbox One version of the Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition was announced.
