After the Florida Primary 5% of the total delegates or 9% of the delegates needed to win will have been decided. Money, organization and "momentum" have not been guaruntees for any election. The Iowa Primary was won by a candidate with only $300,000. The runner up spent over $2 million. The winner of New Hampshire didn't have enough momentum to win South Carolina and the winner of South Carolina didn't have the momentum to win Florida. Delegates in winner take all primaries may be divided. The polls almost never mention them, but a massive number of likely primary voters are undecided. Any media pundit who claims that the GOP Primary is decided or that it is a 2 man race is lying.
