The NetherRealm Studios have been hard at work at promoting the upcoming Injustice: Gods of Among Us fighting game which features an array of DC characters going at it. Why are the villains and superheroes fighting each others? (Warning: spoilers) It's because the Joker tricks Superman into killing Lois Lane and their unborn baby. Superman goes crazy and essentially becomes evil; forming a tyrannical army to rid the world of egregious villains. (End spoilers)
These Injustice battle arena revolves around the fabled comic book question: which hero would win in a one-on-one battle? Fans get to vote every week on who will win each match up. There's a total of sixteen participants in this mock tournament. Here are a list of the playable characters announced so far:
