Proper hydration is important for overall health. Without proper hydration, you become dehydrated, which means your body does not have enough water to function normally. Even mild dehydration can drain your energy and make you tired. This is also critical if you are doing a sport. Dehydration will manifest itself in a drop-off in performance. If you get tired of drinking plain water, try an infusion to aid in hydration.

All it takes is some cold, clean (preferably filtered) water and fruit or herbs that you enjoy. The idea is to infuse the idea is to infuse the water with just enough flavors for your taste buds to detect it, without adding a significant number of calories.
