“South area is 66% higher with tech jobs while Mid West is 57%”

The biggest issue employers have now is finding the perfect candidate for the job. There are many job seekers with fantastic job skills yet employers are not hiring. A question that comes to mind is why employers want job candidates to be perfect. When a job candidate has the requirements of a position one would think he or she be given the chance of earning that position. In many cases, employers are waiting it out still. Due to that, many employers are faced lack of tasks not being completed.

It will be quite interesting to see how employers react in 2013, as they now have to determine whether it is time to find a skilled worker or keep looking for that “perfect candidate.”
