According to ComingSoon.net on Jan. 3, the budget for the Zack Snyder's film, "Batman vs. Superman", is sited at $131 million. The Michigan Film Office's public relations manager, Michelle Grinnell, has revealed this information and notes that around 6,000 jobs have been created as result.
Another thing to note, that this dollar amount is focused significantly upon the movie's production expenses and solely represents that of the Michigan film location. Considering that additional locations will be on the horizon, those will also ascertain a hefty price tag for the Zack Snyder film.
Also, a small chunk of scenes will be filmed in Yorkville, Ill. where the Kent Farm is being constructed. Considering the damage it has taken in the previous "Man of Steel" film, a new and improved version of the farm will be established.
"Batman vs. Superman" will be released in theaters on July 15, 2015 and will feature Henry Cavill as Superman and Ben Affleck as Batman.
