An informant inside the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), which has oversight of the Transportation Safety Administration (TSA), has revealed explosive information indicating a direct assault on free speech and freedom of the press.
The Department, under the direction of Obama appointee Janet Napolitano, considers all citizens who participate in today's 'National Opt Out Day' at airports across the country to be 'domestic extremists.'
But that's not all.
DHS also considers any citizen who merely criticizes TSA scanning procedures or who writes articles critical of the procedures in the 'alternative media' to be a 'domestic extremist.'
In response to the current explosive controversy surrounding the tactics of the Transportation Safety Administration at airports around the country, the Obama Administration is apparently retaliating against citizens who object to its invasive, embarrassing, and unconstitutional practices involving unreasonable searches and seizures. .
As a means of objecting to violations of the 4th Amendment to the Constitution inherent in DHS/TSA screening procedures, patriotic citizens across the country are opting out of the scanners and requesting the pat-down instead, causing delays. This is intended to send a signal. Citizens who actually care about the final authority of the U.S. Constitution want the government and fellow citizens to know that they have no intention of becoming mindless sheep who automatically do the bidding of an Administration that is raging out of control.
According to the mole inside Homeland Security, Obama and company do not take kindly to being criticized or opposed in this current outrageous invasion of privacy by the federal government. DHS personnel composed a document approved by Napolitano which implies that critics or those who refuse to go through the 'naked scanners' are to be considered potential criminals.
The document specifically addresses 'the alternative media,' the assumption being that bloggers, citizen journalists, and writers who report for news organizations that are outside the 'mainstream media' such as CBS, NBC, CNN, MSNBC, ABC, the New York Times, the Washington Post, the AP, Time, and Newsweek, are to be considered 'extremist' if they merely write anything critical of TSA procedures, which include groping, prodding, and fondling,
Homeland Security under Obama has a history of labeling innocent citizens as 'domestic terrorists' or 'domestic extremists' if they participate in Tea Party protests, promote gun rights, insist that the government follow the Constitution, oppose the numerous instances of power-grabs by the Executive Branch, or even merely protest the move to seize the healthcare industry through the colossal Marxist abomination known as 'ObamaCare.'
When citizens began to scream bloody murder about these unconscionable mischaracterizations, DHS backed off. But clearly the mindset is still there and poses an ever present danger to the liberties of the American people. Not only does DHS intend to continue to label patriotic Americans as 'extremist' or 'domestic terrorists,' but it intends to expand TSA airport procedures to include subways, buses, trains, and ships, even cruiseliners.

I think that, as a Capitalist Pig, I will make and promote "Flying Burquas"; you can buy a light-weight, perhaps throw-away (out of tyvek?) burqua in the color of your choice that can be worn over your clothes through TSA security, so that you will not have to be searched because the TSA will "profile" you and assume that you are a muslim, and, therefore, able to opt-out of TSA screening!!
Any journalist or self-proclaimed journalist who claims something cannot be published because it is 'classified' is lying.
Once you have it, you can publish. Period. Government can attempt to get an injuction, but the prior restraint standard is rather high.
And the journalist or organization can decide not to publish or to withhold parts if convinced genuine national security issues are involved, or lives may be at risk - but that's THEIR decision.
All of which strongly suggests this alleged memo is bogus.
That's not to say the dweebs in Homeland Security wouldn't be so stupid as to wrtie something like that, however.
That is a very serious charge you make, and it refers specifically to the reported at Canada Free Press who obtained the information from the mole. Are you calling him a liar, really and truly? Perhaps you should give that message directly to him and use your real name. After all, that would be the honorable and manly thing to do.

I'm saying, flat out, that anyone claiming they cannot publish an American government document that was leaked to them "because it is classified" is either ignorant of basic First Amendment law and judicial precedent or is flat lying about having such a document.
And if, indeed, CFP is actually in Canada, then any classification by Homeland Security would be irrelevant anyway - they are exempt from US courts on such matters. Why do you think WikiLeaks has its servers offshore?

Perhaps you missed the point made by the original reporter of that story at Canada Free Press. While a person 'can' show a classified document, they may choose not to do so for various good reasons. Oh, and by the way, your buddy Obama never produced any documents from his sealed records. For all we know he is a complete fraud with nothing in his background to lend credence to his claim for legitimacy.
Hagmann states: "The dissemination of the document itself is restricted by virtue of its classification, which prohibits any manner of public release. While the document cannot be posted or published, the more salient points are revealed here. "
As I explained, that is pure, unadulterated BS. If he has it, he can publish. Period. Claiming otherwise shows either gross ignorance of the law or deliberate deception - as I and others have pointed out on his own article.

Methinks Old Reporter fails to consider that if Hagmann is a citizen journalist, he may not know all of the laws giving him leeway. But 'authorized journalists' discount the validity of citizen journalists no matter what they write.

Methinks the Gringo is either ignorant of the fact Doug Hagmann has been publishing for more than a decade, generally spewing unsupported claims such as this, or is attempting his own disinformation diversion.
Methinks further that "Gringo" is either ignorant of or deliberately ignoring the fact that Hagmann, as founder/director (and sole resource?) of Northeast Intelligence Network, claims to be an expert on intelligence issues as well as a private investigator who therefore would be knowledgeable about publishing leaked classified material -- and who has been called out repeatedly for making similar claims with similar "excuses" for never showing the actual documents.
But mostly methinks 'Gringo" already knows all this and is an active participant in the deliberate disinformation campaign being pushed by Hagmann and touted by Martin.

HELLO. The "pat downs" are a violation of the Fourth Amendment too! Opting out of a scan for a pat down is resisting? Americans should opt out of BOTH! At that point the TSO is supposed to call a real LEO. You can then explain to the LEO that you object to BOTH the nude scanning and the invasive and humiliating enhanced pat downs as violations of your 4th Amendment right to be protected from unreasonable searches or detention without a warrant issued pursuant to probable cause.

Naahhhh, Sam, that's just something you fantasize in your own mind. I will be the first to admit I am not smart enough to fabricate an alias and a White House insider, concoct a story involving serious charges against the President and his staff, and then pass it all off as the truth. In doing some background research on the News Flavor site, I notice that Ulsterman was writing for them long before I ever got onto it. I only began writing my series on his interviews when someone alerted me to it.
But, as always, I can't make anyone believe something they do not wish to believe.

Methinks Sam protests a bit much. Surely it cannot be about garnering attention to his blog? If so he/she will be sadly disappointed when the traffic does not appear. You know how it is with us conservatives and followers of Anthony, we don't want to read/hear of a differing viewpoint whatsoever. I understand it is not that hard to do.

I am fairly new to this page having been drawn to it by Martin's treatise on the Pilgrims and the first Thanksgiving. Immediately I am struck by a rather odd tendency of some within the comment section to make wild accusations against the writer based upon scant evidence.
I looked at Ulsterman's articles and compared them to Martin's. The writing style is different. The content is basically the same due to the nature of the Examiner articles, which are a summary of the Ulsterman articles. Naturally they will appear similar, but they most certainly are not identical.
Having not been privy to any prior history here it is difficult to say with certainty, but it appears as if some individuals are engaged in a vendetta. The vehemence with which they refer to the author personally strongly suggests an ax to grind, making one question their motives, not to mention their serious charges of immorality and lack of personal integrity.
I see you are still spouting your distortions. When I said on Twitter I had done an Ulsterman update, everybody who knows me knows I meant a new report on what Ulsterman had written. I have been doing a series on his conversations with the insider. Nowhere in any of those statements did I say I was Ulsterman. And, just for the record, I can state flatly that I am not Ulsterman.
But I am on to your game. You are doing this to drum up hits to your blog...which is nothing more than rubbish. Not taking the bait, not looking at pictures, not doing any of that.
